REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

We do not accept returns of products or services sold on this site unless the product received is defective. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at ahaminecustomerservice@ahaverse.com.


2. Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a consumer decision, the consumer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error—such as receiving a damaged item or an incorrect item—the customer will not be required to pay return shipping fees.


3. Damages and Issues (Defective or Wrong Items Only)

If you receive a defective product, please contact Customer Service within five (5) days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a valid return email address. A Customer Support Representative will contact you to assist with resolving the issue.


4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved for a defective product, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective or required by law, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items missing original packaging or tags
  • Digital goods, gift cards, or downloadable content
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective)
