REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns of products or services sold on this site unless the product is defective. In the event that a product is defective, please contact us at ahaminecustomerservice@ahaverse.com.

For products or services with special conditions of sale or offer, the conditions will be indicated on the purchase page of each product. You can always contact us for any return questions at ahaminecustomerservice@ahaverse.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Damages and issues 

For defective products purchased at this website, please contact Customer Service within five (5) days from the date of receipt and provide the order number, reason for return, and a return e-mail address.  A Customer Support Representative will contact you and support you to solve the problems.

Refunds 

In the event that a product is defective, please contact us at ahaminecustomerservice@ahaent.com, when your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at ahaminecustomerservice@ahaverse.com
