Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to be informed of how and when your order will ship.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS!
• AHAMINE WILL NOT MODIFY, REROUTE OR CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE PLACED.
• AHAMINE MAY CANCEL/REFUND ORDERS DUE TO QUALITY PROBLEMS, INACCURATE INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMERS, FRAUD RISK ANALYSIS, OR ANY OTHER REASON.
• WE WILL GIVE NOTICE FOR ANY CHANGES IN YOUR ORDERS.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse within approximately 3 working days from the date the order was placed. You should receive an order tracking number via email.

**Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale, your item(s) will be delayed and may require up to 36 hours of additional processing time.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete, and safe shipping address when you place your order. we are not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once placed.  Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including the unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout. WE are not responsible for the package once the logistics have delivered and provided proof of delivery.  Please make sure your plan accordingly.

WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING SERVICES

• Expedited shipping options(it takes 3-10days to arrive)
• Standard shipping options(it takes 2-3weeks to arrive)

The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the package, it shows on the checkout page. In addition, when the package weight is greater than a certain value, only expedited shipping could be selected. The value is related to your destination, it will be 2kg or 3kg

[Due to the shipping weight limit,each package is shipped to Chile, Peru,Colombia <2kg, each package is shipped to Brazil<3kg]if you order more than the maximum,you have to split the orders
