1. Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from China, and we deliver to customers worldwide.

2. How long until my order is shipped?

Our team carefully prepares each order. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

3. What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options:

  • Expedited: FedEx
  • Standard: YunExpress or a carrier with similar transit speed
4. How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited: approximately 1 week
  • Standard: approximately 2–3 weeks

6. How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are based on the weight of your package and are shown at checkout. For heavier shipments (typically above 2–3 kg, depending on destination), only Expedited Shipping may be available.
